2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Jalip Solutions and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all code, design elements, and material generated during the scope of work, excluding your pre-existing brand assets. Full ownership of the final product transfers to the client only upon complete clearance of all pending invoices.
3. Third-Party Platforms & APIs
Our services frequently integrate third-party platforms (such as Bitrix24, WhatsApp APIs, or hosting providers). Jalip Solutions is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data losses originating directly from these third-party services. Clients are bound by the respective Terms of Service of those individual platforms.

In no event shall Jalip Solutions, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or the software solutions provided.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
