Due to the custom and highly technical nature of our work, our cancellation and refund policies are structured to protect the resources and billable hours allocated to your enterprise projects.
1. Project Cancellations (Custom Development & Integration)
Clients may request to cancel a custom software or web development project under the following conditions:
- If a cancellation request is submitted before the commencement of the planning/architecture phase, a full refund (minus any administrative or payment gateway processing fees) will be issued.
- If the project has already commenced, refunds will be strictly prorated based on the hours of engineering and consulting completed up to the date of the written cancellation notice.
- No refunds will be granted for projects that have been delivered to a staging environment or marked as completed.
2. Software Licenses & CRM Subscriptions
For licenses purchased through Jalip Solutions (e.g., Bitrix24 Cloud or On-Premise licenses, WhatsApp API connectors), cancellations and refunds are subject strictly to the official terms of the respective software vendor. Generally, annual or monthly software subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
3. Retainer Services (SEO & Marketing)
Monthly retainer services, including SEO and digital marketing management, require a 30-day written cancellation notice. The client will be billed for the current month in which the cancellation notice is received, and services will continue until the end of that billing cycle.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent directly to your designated account manager or submitted through our official support email. Verbal cancellations will not be recognized as valid.
