Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Product & Customer Engagement Manager who understands our core services - Bitrix24, Web Development, and Digital Marketing - and can effectively engage with incoming leads via calls, email, and WhatsApp, and convert them into paying customers.
The ideal candidate should have both product understanding and sales ability.
Key Responsibilities
Understand company services including Bitrix24 implementation, website development, and digital marketing solutions
Contact and follow up with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable service packages
Conduct product demos (especially Bitrix24 CRM)
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-up documents
Maintain lead data in CRM and update status regularly
Handle objections and negotiate to close deals
Coordinate with technical team for smooth project handover after closure
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of CRM platforms (preferably Bitrix24)
Basic knowledge of Web Development and Digital Marketing concepts
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Strong follow-up discipline
Experience in inside sales / SaaS sales / IT services sales
Ability to convert warm leads into customers
0–4 years experience in IT Sales / CRM Sales / SaaS Sales
Freshers with strong product knowledge and confidence can also apply
