Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Technical Sales Executive who can bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs. The ideal candidate will understand products and services, explain technical concepts clearly, and drive sales through a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, meetings, and networking
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts
Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents
Negotiate pricing and close deals within defined timelines
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business, renewals, and upselling
Update and manage leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system
Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
1 to 4 years of experience in technical or solution-based sales, preferably B2B
Strong understanding of technology, software, or IT solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
Preferred Skills
Experience in SaaS, CRM, ERP, Cloud, Telecom, or IT services sales
Exposure to consultative or solution selling
Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or system architecture
